| Rent-Up Fee: | 1/2 of first month's rent; when tenant is placed. (This is for finding the tenant.) | |
| Start up Fee: | $150 Start Up Fee (set up client account, comp analysis for rent, marketing, pictures, web posting, etc.) | |
| Monthly Fee: | 9% of gross monthly rent. | |
| 3+ properties: | 8% of gross monthly rent. | |
| Lease Renewal Fee: | 10% of gross monthly rent. | |
| Consultation: | $100 for rent analysis to determine what your property will rent for in today's market, which is applied towards Start Up Fee. |
PLH will provide a rental analysis for properties to determine anticipated rent in today's rental market. We can determine which buildings and units are most in demand by renters.
This will help you maximize your investment dollars, by making the right investment choice or renting your condo for the maximum rent. Our consultation fee is $100 for on-site and $60 for online consulting. Cost is applied to your Start-Up Fee, should we manage the property for you.
