Carolyn Rossi, Owner

My degree was earned, with an emphasis on business and social sciences, from Portland State University and University of Oregon.
I take pride in offering personalized service to my clients. I have managed properties in the Portland Metro area for over 20 years, and have the experience necessary to handle new challenges in our constantly changing rental market. I stay abreast of the rental market’s fluctuations, so PLH can best determine the rents we can expect to receive in the current rental market. We have clients out of the country, out of the state and local clients; and each client can rest assured PLH has their best interest at heart. Owners and tenants are in good hands, when doing business with PLH.

Chelsea, Resource Coordinator

Chelsea also graduated from Oregon State University and began her career in office management. She has great organizational skills, which helps PLH keep owner and tenant files updated. She compiles resources, so we can choose qualified contractors, with the expertise to get our maintenance and repairs done right.


Christine, Administrative Assistant

Christine graduated from University of Oregon and is a master at multi-tasking. We all welcome her creative ideas on making PLH stand out in what we do best, which is managing properties.


Gregg, Marketing

Gregg graduated from Oregon State University, with a degree in business and speech communication. He is our "social networker", and keeps us abreast of market trends in our area. He keeps PLH aware of the newest technology and makes sure we are utilizing available tools for maximum efficiency.
